County-level Report
Displays county-level report based on selected parameters, including 102 Illinois counties, Chicago and selected local health departments. Data for certain indicators may not be available for all counties/years. You may use any county or community for a state-level report.
Note: the Browser must allow "popup" in order for reports to work correctly.
Select county(s)
Use Ctrl + Click to select multiple
counties. Select 800 for all counties.

Choosing a special area will select the appropriate counties in the county list box, clearing any previous selections.
