The purpose of this training is to review and understand the CHNA IPLAN requirements for the statement of purpose and community participation process.
Session 2 - Description of Health Status and Health Problems most Meaningful to Community:
The purpose of this training is to equip participants with the skills to collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify and describe the most meaningful community health issues.
Session 3 - Prioritization and Alignment with SHIP:
The purpose of this training is to equip participants with the skills to apply a community-engaged prioritization approach within the IPLAN process and to understand how IPLAN aligns with SHIP.
Session 4 - Purpose Statement and Description of the Community Participation Process (CHIP):
The purpose of this training is to equip participants with the skills to describe the required components for the CHIP introductory section and apply best practices for engaging in the community health improvement plan.
